Workflow steps

What happens at each step

Intake and identity

An RFQ enters as work your team can review. Customer identity needs confirmation when the available source is unclear.

Requirement extraction

Item information is structured from the RFQ. Missing or ambiguous fields remain visible for review.

Product candidates

Your team reviews candidates and available evidence before determining fit.

Source-based pricing

Calculations follow configured price sources and policies; stale or incomplete data needs review.

Draft and approval

A quote draft is prepared and checked by an authorized person before a PDF is created.

Delivery and outcome

In Quote P0, sending is manual and evidence is recorded; outcomes or corrections are recorded when known.

Product boundaries

Scope boundaries

Quote P0 does not send quotations automatically, run an autopilot, or write back to an ERP. Results still depend on the quality of the data sources and policies provided by the team.
